Substance Abuse IOP Care
Archbold Treatment Center of Menifee, CA likes to offer quality outpatient services with one goal in mind; sobriety is achievable. Our Intensive Outpatient (IOP) allows you to live at home while traveling to the facility a few times a week to participate in treatment and counseling services.
Having treatment options like inpatient and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) makes substance abuse treatment seem more achievable.
People who realize they are addicted to their pain medication but have a lot going on in their lives view sobriety as an unachievable goal.
They feel stuck and think it is better to keep doing what they have always done, abuse their pills. Archbold Treatment Center likes to offer quality outpatient services with one goal in mind; sobriety is achievable.
What is Intensive Outpatient (IOP) for Drug and Alcohol Abuse?
Intensive outpatient rehab allows you to live at home while traveling to the facility a few times a week to participate in treatment and counseling services.
Having a strong support network with group therapy sessions and sponsorship programs makes our IOP services effective. Our Intensive outpatient services offer educational sessions about addiction as a disease, identify cravings and triggers, relapse prevention, stress management, unhealthy relationship counseling, introduction to the 12 steps programs, practice effective communication, and management of stress.
What is the Difference Between Inpatient and Outpatient Treatment?
Outpatient programs do not have the level of comprehensive care as inpatient treatment, but they do provide support when you need it the most. IOP does not provide room and board but can recommend sober living and halfway housing arrangements. Many outpatient services have group therapy sessions and contact lists for support groups like AA or NA. No one deserves to live a life of drug abuse and with outpatient services you can maintain your life, attend IOP sessions a few days out of the week, and take control of your addiction.
Inpatient treatment removes you from the environment that encourages your cycle of addiction and provides comprehensive care. You will live at a rehab for 30, 60, or 90-days with a full daily schedule focused on your recovery. You will be seen by nurses and physicians regularly and have counseling sessions that work through trauma and co-dependency.
