Step One

We will: - Talk to you about your addiction
- Guide you on your treatment options
- Verify your insurance
- Get you ready for rehab
STEP TWO
Making Arrangements for Rehab
- For inpatient treatment make sure you make arrangements to be gone for 30, 60, or 90-days.
- Contact primary care doctors about medication and file for the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) paperwork for work.
- For outpatient treatment prepare to integrate group therapy session into your schedule and contact your local 12 step fellowship.
- Have a responsible friend or family member take care of any pets or pay bills.
STEP THREE
What to Pack Not to Pack
- Clothes for Approximately 7 – 10 days.
- Clothing should be casual and comfortable but must meet dress code policy
- No revealing clothing i.e. short skirts, short shorts, low cut shirts, spaghetti straps, all shirts must cover the shoulders.
- Fitness/workout clothes
- Tennis shoes and other comfortable shoes are recommended
- Jackets and/or sweaters for cold weather and air-conditioned group room
- If you smoke, bring cigarettes in a sealed box
